Intellectual Property Policy

WeaveX Platform IP

WeaveX and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the platform, software, workflows, interfaces, AI agents, data models, algorithms, dashboards, documentation, branding, and related intellectual property.

Limited Use Right

Users receive only a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the platform for authorized business purposes. No ownership rights in WeaveX technology are transferred.

User and Partner Content

Travel Agents, Destination Partners, and Service Partners retain ownership of their submitted business content, service information, rates, images, availability, and operational data.

License to Operate

By submitting content, users grant WeaveX a license to host, process, display, analyze, match, recommend, report on, and otherwise use that content for trip execution, inventory matching, compliance, support, analytics, and platform improvement.

Restrictions

Users must not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, sublicense, or create competing products from WeaveX software, workflows, dashboards, AI-agent logic, or proprietary operating methods.
