How Data Is Used

Data is used to authenticate users, manage trips, confirm inventory, coordinate partners, process payments and payouts, run workflow agents, audit activity, provide support, and improve platform reliability.

Photos and Telemetry

Where trip attendance or verification features are used, uploaded photos and location data are processed for trip execution, attendance verification, exception handling, and audit purposes.

Sharing

WeaveX shares relevant operational data with authorized users involved in a trip. Travel Agents do not receive visibility into restricted last-mile partner details unless enabled by the platform owner.

Retention

Operational data may be retained for audit, compliance, dispute resolution, billing, security, and service improvement purposes.
